Hackindia 2026 spark 1

Powered by Sharp Economy

HackIndia Spark 1 brought together 163 teams and 500+ students at Buddha Institute of Technology, Gorakhpur. From the first registration moment to the final demo round, the campus was charged with innovation, competition, and execution.

Day 1 — Launch & Build

The event opened with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony followed by keynote sessions from ecosystem leaders including Mahesh Chand, Avneesh Aryan, Atul Gupta, and Gautam Singh.

The focus was clear:

  • Build real products
  • Think long-term
  • Leverage community ecosystems

Students immediately transitioned into build mode.
Whiteboards are filled up. Architectures were mapped. APIs were tested. AI integrations were explored.

Mentors conducted the first evaluation round, helping teams refine scope, simplify solutions, and strengthen technical feasibility.

By evening, teams had clear execution goals set for Day 2.
